Jotun Jotafloor Rapid Dry an Economical Tough Fast Air-Drying Floor Coating. It is recommended to seal and decorate concrete floors in garages, workshops, factories and  warehouses. It is a single pack fast air-drying alkyd paint, touch dry in 30 mins and can be overcoated in 2 hours. It is walk on dry in one hour. Suitable for workspaces subject to pedestrian and light traffic. It is Hard wearing with good chemical and water resistance. Easy to apply on concrete, steel and wooden surfaces by brush or roller, with a coverage rate of 10 m2/lt per coat. Available for free delivery in a range of RAL and BS Colours in a gloss finish in 5lt packs. A non-slip aggregate may be added in areas classified as a potential slip hazard such as stairwells and walkways.

Surface Preparation.

Coated Surfaces: Ensure the existing coat is intact, compatible, dry and free from oil grease and other contaminants.

Concrete: Mechanically abrade to remove loosely adhering material and laitance. Alternatively low pressure water washing to a rough , clean and laitance free surface. Moisture content at painting max 5%.

Jotafloor Rapid Dry is a fast-air-drying single pack, high performance floor coating, hard wearing with good chemical and excellent water resistance. It can be applied on concrete, masonry, wood and cement flooring subject to light traffic. It is the ideal selection where cost and speed of application are critical factors. A Tough Fast Air-Drying Industrial Floor Paint it is ideal for repainting concrete floors and walkways in garages, factories, barns, warehouses and  workshops. It produces a tough hard wearing and water-resistant gloss finish.

It is suitable for application by brush or roller. Two coats should be applied allowing one hour between coats. Surface dry in 30 minutes and walk on dry in one hour.

While the floor will take light foot traffic after overnight drying, full properties will be achieved after 5 to 7 days at 20c and should not be subjected to heavy traffic. Take care to follow the technical data for drying and overcoating times.
