Fastrac Rust Converter is a High Performance single pack water based rust converter.
Bradite Fastrac is intended for the treatment and passivation of surface rust on all hand or mechanically prepared rusty ferrous surfaces. It is especially suited for objects which may be difficult to sand blast such as fences, iron railings, guttering and outdoor fixtures.
This coating is able to convert low level corrosion to an inert substrate suitable for painting as well as provide water and fire resistance.
It is suitable for use on wire brushed or mechanically abraded surfaces which are free from heavy rust scale, grease and dirt.
This product is available in 1lt pack sizes in a white colour with an eggshell gloss finish.

Suitable for use on wire brushed or mechanically abraded surfaces which are free from heavy rust scale, grease and dirt.
Bradite Fastrac Rust Converter is a high performance single pack water based rust converter, it is intended for the treatment and passivation of surface rust on all hand or mechanically prepared rusty ferrous surfaces.
Bradite Fastrac Rust Converter is especially suited for objects which may be difficult to sand blast such as fences, iron railings, guttering and outdoor fixtures. It is able to convert low level corrosion to an inert substrate suitable for painting as well as provide water and fire resistance.
This coating can be applied by a brush, roller or either a conventional or airless spray with a minimum dry to over coat of 3 hours. The recommended wet film thickness is 30 microns per coat which achieves a dry film thickness of 20 microns. The theoretical coverage rate by following these recommendations is 20m² per litre. This product will be surface dry within 30 minutes and it will be fully cured in 7 days.
