Bradite Floor-IT is easy to apply on concrete, metal, wood and asphalt floors, surface dry in 30 minutes recoatable in one hour. Three coats can be applied in a morning or afternoon. The system can be applied in busy production areas and walkways where speed of completion is a major consideration. It is fork lift traffic ready in 16 hours. Available in an extensive range of RAL, British Standard and NCS colours in a semi matt finish (35%).

Bradite Floor-IT will give your interior and exterior floors an economical, hard wearing, flexible floor coating with good chemical and excellent water resistance. It is non yellowing and resistant to most stains. It can be used indoors or outdoors and is compatible with most paints including polyurethane, epoxy and chlorinated rubber. It is ideal for previously painted surfaces and suitably prepared concrete, wood, steel, tarmac and asphalt floors. Compatibility with existing coatings should be confirmed by preparing and painting a test patch.

It is easy to apply by brush roller or spray with minimal disruption, touch dry in 30 minutes and recoatable in one hour. Two to three coats may be necessary to achieve full protection of the surface. For application on absorbent substrates the first coat should be thinned 5-10% with water and applied by roller to improve penetration and adhesion to the substrate.
