Jotun Hardtop AX the fastest drying high build Polyurethane Paint for Commercial and Agricultural equipment, yachts, Boats and steel fabrications. It is a fast drying, two pack, high solids, aliphatic acrylic polyurethane gloss finish with excellent colour and gloss retention. It is an ideal topcoat to increase productivity and the decorative appeal on commercial and agricultural equipment, petrochemical and industrial facilities also the topsides of Marine structures and boats. Jotun Hardtop AX is a two pack topcoat recommended for use in atmospheric environments for application over two pack epoxy primers and intermediates. It is recommended for offshore environments, marine topside and superstructures, structural steel, building products, construction and agricultural equipment. It is prequalified as a topcoat in many NORSOK systems. A high solids two pack polyurethane, it can be applied up to 100 microns in a single coat by airless spray. Two coats may be required to achieve the recommended DFT by brush or roller. It is the ultimate polyurethane gloss paint, touch dry in one hour for increased productivity. Combined in a system with Penguard HSP ZP primer, a high performance two coat system which can be applied in three hours. With a dft of up to 350 microns is suitable for aggressive C5-M Coastal environments and Heavy Industrial C4 applications. Recommended on large Agricultural and Commercial equipment, Stonecrushers, Tankers and Marine Infrastructure. It is resistant to continuous temperatures of upto 120°C and has excellent chemical resistance. It can be applied by Airless spray, Conventional spray, brush or roller.
