Jotun Hardtop Flexi Marine 2 Pack Polyurethane Primer Finish

Hardtop Flexi a fast drying, high build two pack polyurethane primer finish. It is exterior durable with excellent colour and gloss retention, mechanical and abrasion resistance. A One Coat primer finish which can be applied direct to metal for increased productivity. It is an ideal fast drying one coat system for commercial and agricultural equipment. It can also be specified as a topcoat in coastal C5-M and C4 Industrial environments. It can be applied up to 150 microns in a single coat by airless spray, two coats may be required to achieve the recommended DFT by brush or roller. With good flexibility, impact resistance and adhesion, it can be used as a primer finish direct to metal or applied over two pack primers and intermediates. It is a fast drying high build gloss finish which is touch dry in 1.5 hours. It can be applied up to 150 microns in a single coat by airless spray, two coats may be required to achieve the recommended DFT by brush or roller. Hardtop Flexi  has a low spread of flame certificate and is food compliant for equipment in food and beverage process plants. It is prequalified for use in Norsok systems, Network Rail and Department of Transport specifications. Ideal as a topcoat for offshore environments, marine topside and superstructure, structural steel, construction products, commercial and agricultural equipment. Combined in a system with Penguard HSP ZP  primer this high performance two coat system  can be applied in 3.5 hours.  Available in an extensive range of RAL and British standard colours in a gloss finish for free delivery throughout the UK in 5lt and 20lt packs.

Hardtop Flexi is a fast drying two pack, high solids, aliphatic acrylic polyurethane gloss paint with excellent colour and gloss retention. It can be applied direct to metal as a primer finish by Airless spray, Conventional spray, brush or roller.

Hardtop Flexi  produces a gloss finish with good flexibility, impact resistance, excellent colour and gloss retention. It is ideal as a one coat fast drying system where high productivity is required on commercial and agricultural equipment.

It is also recommended for use in atmospheric environments for application over two pack primers and intermediates. A two pack polyurethane paint with excellent outdoor durability and corrosion resistance it is used as a topcoat in many NORSOK systems. It can be applied up to 150 microns in a single coat by airless spray, two coats may be required to achieve the recommended DFT by brush or roller. It is resistant to continuous temperatures of up to 120°C
