Jotun Hardtop HB Marine 2 Pack Polyurethane Matt Finish

Hardtop HB a  fast drying Polyurethane Matt finish for Marine superstructures, Architectural buildings, Facades and Fabrications. It is a two pack topcoat recommended for use in atmospheric environments for application over two pack primers and intermediates. It is recommended for offshore environments, marine topside and superstructures, structural steel, cladding, building products, containers, construction and agricultural equipment where excellent colour and gloss retention is required.
Hardtop HB  is a fast drying, two pack, high build, aliphatic acrylic matt polyurethane. It has excellent mechanical resistance, colour and gloss retention. It can be applied by Airless spray, Conventional spray, brush or roller to produce a tough matt finish.Hardtop HB Polyurethane Paint may be used as a topcoat in many Norsok and Network Rail approved systems. It can be applied up to 100 microns in a single coat by airless spray, two coats may be required to achieve the recommended DFT by brush or roller. Combined in a system with Penguard HSP ZP primer this high performance two coat system can be applied in four hours. A two coat system with a dft of up to 350 microns suitable for aggressive C5-M Coastal environments and Heavy Industrial applications. It is resistant to continuous temperatures of up to 120°C and has excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. Available in an extensive range of British Standard and RAL  colours in a matt finish for free next day delivery in 5lt and 20lt packs.

It is an  economic architectural matt polyurethane paint in the  Jotun Hardtop range of two pack polyurethanes. A large selection of topcoats are available for a wide range of applications. Where semigloss finishes are required Hardtop Flexi is recommended and Hardtop AX for gloss finishes. Hardtop XP is an alternative economic high gloss finish which is slower drying, better suited for brush application and less risk of dry spray when spraying large surface areas.
