Available in a wide range of RAL and British standard colours in a semigloss finish.
Jotamastic 90 is a high solids, high build, two pack surface tolerant epoxy mastic with excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance. The aluminium version is recommended as a first coat to provide extra corrosion and water resistance. It can be applied by Airless spray, brush or Roller. Jotamastic 90 Surface Tolerant Epoxy Primer Finish is designed for use on steel when abrasive blast cleaning may not be possible. Jotamastic 90 Primer Finish may be used above and below the water line, the winter grade version can be applied at sub zero temperatures. It is resistant to continuous operating temps of 120c and in immersed seawater at 50c.
Jotamastic 90 is a two pack epoxy semigloss suitable for use in atmospheric and immersed environments as a primer or intermediate coat in a multicoat system. It can be applied direct to carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, conctrete and over previously coated surfaces. Jotamastic 90 WG Epoxy may be used as a high build epoxy floor coating on concrete floors requiring resistance to heavy fork lift traffic, chemicals and abrasion. Jotamastic Surface Tolerant Epoxy Primer Finish is recommended for offshore environments, new construction, marine hulls, topside and superstructures. It can be applied up to 300 microns in a single coat by airless spray, two coats may be required to achieve the recommended DFT by roller.
