RD Coatings Hydro Epoxy is a High Performance waterbased satin two pack epoxy coating which can be applied onto concrete, brick and tiles for internal flooring. Hydro Epoxy Floor and Wall Paint is very hard easy clean surface and has excellent abrasion resistance and is resistant to solvents and chemicals. It is approved for use in the food industry.
RD Coatings Hydro Epoxy Paint is recommended for use as a primer sealer coat in garages, indoor carparking, workshops, shopping centres, drainage channels and water storage tanks. On porous concrete the first coat should be thinned 10% with water prior to application of the second colour coat. Standard concrete can be applied as two unthinned coats. It can be applied up to 100 microns dft in a single coat by airless spray, two coats may be required to achieve the recommended DFT by brush or roller.
Green concrete: Use Hydropox H as a primer sealer.
Porous concrete: Thin 10% by volume with water. Surface to be clean, free of oil grease and other contaminants.
Brick and Tiles: Surface to be clean, free of oil grease and other contaminants.
